Sarah Jessica Parker

Actress and fashion icon Sarah Jessica Parker was born March 25, 1965, in Nelsonville, Ohio. Trained in singing and ballet, Sarah was cast in the Broadway production of “The Innocents”, which prompted her family to relocate to New Jersey. Sarah was cast in “The Sound of Music”, and landed the lead in the Broadway run of “Annie”. Parker attended Dwight Morrow High School, while continuing to add more credits to her acting resume. In 1982, she landed a role in the made-for-TV movie “My Body, My Child,” which subsequently led to being cast as one of the lead roles in the 1982 teen sitcom “Square Pegs”, as high-school nerd Patty Green. Sarah moved on to supporting film roles in movies such as “Footloose,” “Firstborn,” and the lead role in the teenage film “Girls Just Want to Have Fun.” In 1996, Sarah Jessica Parker landed three major roles in the films “The First Wives Club, “If Lucy Fell,” and “Mars Attacks!” Parker continued working on stage as well, with Broadway roles in “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” (starring her husband, Matthew Broderick), and the Tony-Award nominated “Once Upon a Mattress”. Sarah’s notoriety skyrocketed in 1998 with her portrayal of Manhattan sex-columnist Carrie Bradshaw in the HBO series “Sex and the City”. In addition to her fragrance line, Parker also has her own line of women’s wear, Bitten. Sarah Jessica Parker fragrances consist of two perfumes, Lovely and Covet. Lovely perfume is described as a “timeless, ageless fragrance,” and is available in both spray and wand applications. Body lotion, bath & shower gel, and body butter are also offered as part of the Lovely collection. Covet perfume bills itself as “precious, feminine, and seductive.” The Covet collection likewise includes body lotion and shower gel, as well as a solid perfume that comes in a jewel-inspired compact. In an effort to show the irresistible attraction of Covet, a TV ad for the fragrance features Sarah being arrested in Paris after breaking a store window and stealing a bottle of the perfume.
